Rosemary Gin Fizz: ​
2 oz Gin, 1.5 oz rosemary shrub, 1 oz lemon juice, club soda
In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

Shake well with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice

Rosemary Mojito:
2 oz white rum, 1.5 oz rosemary shrub, 1 oz lime juice, fresh mint leaves, club soda.
Muddle mint leaves in a glass.
Add rum, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup.
Fill with ice, top with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and mint.

Rosemary Paloma:
2 oz tequila, 1.5 oz rosemary shrub, 1 oz grapefruit juice, 1 oz lime juice, club soda.

Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain into a glass with ice.
Top with club soda and garnish with a rosemary sprig.
