A shrub is a concentrated syrup that balances sweet and sour flavors, crafted from fruit, herbs, sugar, and vinegar, perfect for mixing in mocktails and cocktails.

​

How To Drink: Shake concentrate well. Mix 2 ounces with 6 - 8 ounces of seltzer for the most genuine flavor. It’s best enjoyed over ice. Cocktail serving suggestion, 1.5 ounces. 

​

Cocktail Recipes

Apple Ginger Margarita: 

2 oz concentrate & 2.5 oz Tequilla 

Combine over ice, shake and strain. Served Up.

Apple Ginger Old Fashion 

1 oz concentrate, 2.5 oz Burbon, 1 dash of cardamon bitters

Stir over ice, strain into rocks glass â€‹â€‹

Mocktail Recipes

Apple Ginger & Soda: 

2 oz concentrate & 6 oz Soda  

Add ingridents ove ice â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹

Sugested additions: 

Lemon, brightens 

Ginger Beer,

Cocktail Recipes 

Rosemary Gin Fizz: â€‹

2 oz Gin, 1.5 oz rosemary shrub, 1 oz lemon juice, club soda 

In a shaker, combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup.

​

Shake well with ice and strain into a glass filled with ice

​

Rosemary Mojito: 

2 oz white rum, 1.5 oz rosemary shrub, 1 oz lime juice, fresh mint leaves, club soda. 

Muddle mint leaves in a glass. 

Add rum, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup. 

Fill with ice, top with club soda, and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and mint.

Rosemary Paloma: 

2 oz tequila, 1.5 oz rosemary shrub, 1 oz grapefruit juice, 1 oz lime juice, club soda. 

​

Combine tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, and rosemary simple syrup in a shaker with ice. 

Shake well and strain into a glass with ice. 

Top with club soda and garnish with a rosemary sprig.

Mocktail Recipes 

Rosemary Lemonade: 

3 oz rosemary shrub,, 1.5 oz of lemon juice, add water, still well.
